So I have this annoying dog living across the street.
It will not shut the hell up. It barks constantly. The people who live in that house just let it out to bark loudly for sometimes hours at a time. Even in the early hours of the morning they let him out to just bark at nothing.
I'd go over there and kick him in the face but I'd probably get arrested for that. I don't think the police will take it as a noise complaint either. WHAT DO FLOOD??
