I've come to wonder if other console players play with their vibrate feature on, or off, on their controllers. I play with my vibrate on, but I know others who think that it is strange to play with it on. Let me know what you guys do.

Off. I also take out the rumblers(?) from my controllers. I find a few games annoying because they force you to have them on for certain things, like lockpicking in ACIII.

4 RepliesI come in here expecting to see a discussion on dildos. I am disappointed. Anyway, I hate vibration. It hurts my hands and it's distracting. I wish that Battlefield 4 Xbox One edition didn't force it upon you...

11 RepliesI recently took the rumble thingies out of my controller since I haven't had it enabled in a long time. Figured I might as well just take them out.
-
Off. On the 360 I take the rumbles out of my controllers.

-
If on low charge, I sometimes take off vibrate. I prefer it to be on though.
-
Always on. I can't aim for shit when it's off because I expect the controller to vibrate when I shoot :/
-
In my opinion, vibration is needed to be more into the action. But i respect people not playing with it.

They're off unless I'm feeling kinky.

I've been playing with Vibration off since 2009.
-
On. But most of the time I dont even notice it.

I used to play with vibrate off on the 360, but have come to love it on the XB1 as it's much less like trying to hold onto a wet haddock.
-
2 RepliesOn. It bothers the hell out of me when I expect rumble and it isn't there.
-
Off to save battery.

Started playing with it off during Halo 3 and noticed a big difference in being able to react faster and more accurately. I now have it off in all games.
-
3 Repliesoff, as all it does is drain batteries faster
-
On. Definitely on.
-
4 RepliesOff during competitive games, namely shooters. It is just a distraction. I prefer it on during single player games, though.

Vibrate on...

Haven't played with vibration for years...

Vibrate off. If you want to e a competitive player it messes you up.

I need that rumble in my life
-
2 RepliesOn It feels weird without the rumble
-
Off. Batteries last longer and better twitchy finger reactions.
