Should user names be indexed in relation to any activity that they perform in bungie.net?
I would like to be able to search for a user name and view the following (With regard to privacy settings):
1. Any of their postings.
2. Anything they may have voted on (denote the answer they chose).
3. Anything for which they clicked like.
That may provide a well-rounded view of their values and how they interact with the community. Personally, it would help me decide who to befriend and who to watch, follow or ignore.
Currently, the only results that are returned is a link to their user profile, or any content that includes their name in the text. Those results seem incomplete to me.

As we can't delete our threads or posts, i think in some circumstances it would be unwise to dig into the past. Pros and cons. Just my opinion.

Edited by DE4THINC4RN4TE: 3/28/2014 5:52:58 PMYou can already go see their posts and likes by going to their profile. Also:
2. Anything they may have voted on (denote the answer they chose).
That is not a good idea. Being able to see people's votes would not only affect how they vote, but would also be an invasion of their privacy.

If you go to a user's profile page you can see all the threads they have recently posted in and all the threads they have recently liked.
