I had an idea that spawned from a different thread. What would you all think of a mobile support app for Destiny that displayed a 3D radar sphere? Think something like a modern day version of the tracking sensor from Aliens that appeared on your device as a semi-transparent, holographic looking image that you could tilt and and manipulate through touch to examine a map... I know technological limitations could prevent it from being an actual real-time radar, but perhap tying it into the lore by using it as a map of your immediate area that your Ghost has scanned like this[url=http://www.bungie.net]http://www.followingyourfears.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/prometheus-movie-image.jpg[/url] or this [url=http://www.bungie.net]http://computerstories.net/wp-content/uploads/3D-map.jpg[/url]. I believe a simpler, scaled down version of that could be easily animated on a mobile device, and perhaps use our internet connection to relay waypoints from fireteam members or questing checkpoints. What does the Bungie community think?
