"Robber's Regret"? If you kill your victim....

... it's really awesome to then complain that what you stole from your dead victim is a piece of shit and they should have had something "better".
A Seattle teen shot and killed a man for his cellphone — then went to a friend’s house and complained the stolen gizmo wasn’t nice enough, police say. Byron White, 17, now faces charges as an adult for killing David Peterson last month in the Washington city’s Greenwood neighborhood.
• I ask why do we pay to keep people alive like this? When someone breaks the sanctity of life in such a manner, in such a way over something so small, why not just shoot them, and be done with it? These people will never know remorse, will never regret their actions. If one so willing to take a life does so, then they should face the very same thing that they were so eager to impose upon someone. Some people aren't worth it. And if you're not going to shoot the -blam!- and get it over with, then make damn sure the rest of his life is a waking shithole. It's a tough stance to take on some things, but this is the unfortunate reality of some people. Not all deserve what I said above, but some do. But most of all, if any people were to have any kind of say in the matter, or even the right to act, it should be the victims. Personally, if any of my family were killed on purpose in such a manner, I wouldn't sit idly by and let said person be scooted off to prison.
