This will get fixed sometime soon - we had to temporarily disable the gamertag-updater feature when we moved datacenters a couple weeks ago, but we'll be able to turn it on again soon. It refreshes your old Halo gamertags to match the current one. A few days more, hopefully.

Edited by Guardian4202: 11/29/2014 9:50:49 PMThis issue still exists. It's now November 29. My old gamertag from orig. Xbox (suprman_55) is all alone on halo.bungie.net. Upon purchasing the 360, I believe a new gt name was to be made, and I've had this one since. My current gt (named above) has halo3, and isn't stat tracks however nothing for reach apparently. I'd like to at least link my halo 2 stats to my current gt, I can still prove via pictures that suprman_55 was my gt back then. Edit: should mention that on my gamertag currently, I have achievements for halo: reach. Proof that I played, and considering my halo 3 and odst stats were tracked, this gt was obviously linked to bungie.net. Why it never tracked reach is beyond me. I'd like some help from bungie.net dev to help fix my account.

I agree, I changed my gamer tag afterward as well, and I have all of the halo games.

I have my old Halo avatars in my avatar section but for some reason it says I have only been here for a year, but by my math it should be 9-10 years.

I had no idea this feature was coming back online. Terrific! I'm assuming that our stats will still be locked from 03/31/2012 even when the feature comes back online?
