The Bad Reaction fusion rifle- over heats when used but does more damage and shoots slower as it heats up.goes to 150% damage but slows to 75% fire rate. ~ The Good Reaction fusion rifle- slightly heals the player based on damage dealt but takes a percentage of the amount healed and uses that to lower damage dealt. this goes on until it goes down to 75% damage.
