It pretty much does. If the rule can't be enforced, it has no authority and might as well not exist. I can create an arbitrary rule right now, like "no farting on Bungie.net," but since I have to authority to enforce it, it's completely nugatory.

This debate has been on for years, literally decades. The video is not going to bring up anything new. I'll humor you and watch it, but there is nothing here but rehashed propaganda for those dumb enough to think that people shouldn't be allowed to marry.
