What if there was a function in which you could fire both rockets at once? It could work by holding down RT like the plasma pistol but take longer to charge, and fire both at once. I think it could work. What are your thoughts?

1 ReplySeems like a waste of ammo

1 ReplyIt needs to put the "Spank" back into "SPNKr".
-
3 RepliesDoesn't the tube have to rotate to fire? So it wouldn't be possible to shoot both at once, since the firing mechanism fires the lower tube, and then it rotates and puts the other, pre loaded tube in front of of the firing mechanism, to shoot the second one.

Edited by Luis: 1/23/2014 4:27:53 AMNoobs would use it just to kill somebody on a mongoose
-
1 ReplyIt should hold 3 rockets
-
Besides on vehicles of course, I imagine it would only really be different or more effective if it functioned like the Beggar's Bazooka from TF2, that way the rockets wouldn't go to the same spot.
-
That's not a bad idea
-
4 RepliesUnbalanced. Two shots kill tank drivers. Also, noobs would waist ammo on what already kills in one shot.
-
I just want it to be lock-on again and be a substitute for the Spartan Laser.

1 ReplyEdited by j0sh291: 1/17/2014 6:08:31 AMYou mean "incineration cannon" from Halo 4? That would be like it.
-
1 ReplyI mean... It'd look pretty cool.
-
1 ReplyI wish they kept the lock-on feature :(
-
That would be overkill for nearly anything.
-
4 RepliesThat would be a little silly, honestly. Tell me this, what would that accomplish?
-
Odds are they'd just explode in midair from proximity to each other.
-
3 RepliesThat's like sticking someone with a plasma who's already been stuck...
-
3 RepliesNot sure why you'd want to. The two rockets fire fast enough after each other that there wouldn't be much of a benefit for this.
-
There's no point in doing that. One rocket alone is enough to destroy just about anything and anyone.
-
How about no
-
I guess it'd be good for when you've got a vehicle lined up in your sights, but the recoil/cooldown is already pretty low.
-
3 RepliesThere would be no benefit of shooting two rockets at once like that. One rocket is good enough for just about anything.

I can't see how this would be useful.
