According to a top Floodian expert, geniuses aren't as reliable as we would like to believe. This is because they tend overthink things, rendering them incapable of being intelligent. This means that the scientists (the geniuses) should stay away from trying to solve the world's problems. In fact, any person other would be much better at solving a problem than the expert in that field. Again, this is all because they tend to overthink. Thus, we should not trust scientists and what they have to say.

Title reminded me of this.

I think you're stuck in a paradox.

How can geniuses be real if our eyes aren't real?
-
2 RepliesI believe I said. Geniuses tend to overthink things. What is false about that?
-
That's completely untrue, they may be more reluctant to make decisions based on little information but that is hardly a bad thing, especially when dealing with long term policy planning and dealing with complex systems like the economy.

4 RepliesNot geniuses, but there's sort of a twilight zone between average and exceptional whereby a person is rendered more susceptible to the likes of conspiracy theories and other falsities if they make sense at prima facie.
-
A genius is only a genius if they have common sense along with their intelligence.

Albert Einstein says we are all geniuses.

the odd thing is, this is the best display of inductive reasoning i've seen in #offtopic today.
