Why is minecraft so boring?
I just got the 360 edition and I really don't get what's so great about it what is there to even do?

It takes a little while to really get going because it takes time to gather resources. Once you have at least found some iron and have built a house and are settled, it's as fun as you are creative, but it's a ton more fun when you're playing with friends. and since you have the Xbox edition, I'd also suggest getting some of the texture and skin packs, because vanilla everything Minecraft sucks.

It was great when everything was so simplistic. Now it's just trying to be something it shouldn't, and it's lost that Minecraft charm that it used to have back in early 2011.

It'll get boring quick playing alone, get some friends and start a survival world, or try a big project in creative and you'll have a lot more fun. Some imagination is needed though. Most people get severely addicted to the game for a while, but then lose interest really fast and probably won't touch the game again.

1 ReplyYou give yourself things to do. Right now my friends and I are building a castle with a large castle wall around it. The majority of us are getting supplies while the one who can actually design and build is working on the actual castle/wall.
