Very impressive, even though it's a mod it looks great. However the motion blur is a bit much and it seems like something of that scale would have optimization problems.

That actually looks really good. Except for the motion blur. I like motion blur, but that's WAY overdoing it.

Are you stupid? There are links to the mods used in the description of the video. Plus there are plenty of GTA IV texture mod videos on YouTube. Do you seriously think that all of them are fake?
