I think it sucks, but I think plenty of memes suck and I just don't get why people like them, so I just learned to deal with it and understand that the internet tends to like weird stupid shit that doesn't make sense, which is sometimes a thing I can relate to, but for Doge, I just can't, along with many other memes, and at this point, I'm just trying to extend this single sentence as long as possible.

Most people simply steal other people's jokes, and most people don't bother to research anything - so when they hear the newest epik maymay, they don't think twice before reposting it everywhere. On top of that, if someone else says what you're thinking, you tend to appreciate what they said more - so if everyone's thinking about doge (and of course they're thinking about doge) and then someone comes along and makes a doge joke, everyone will be laughing despite the joke being at least a year old and reposted a million times over.
