If tomorrow...

A vaccine for HIV was released that prevented 95% of HIV transmission... Would you take it? The risk of vaccination were the same as getting the flu vaccine. Edit: By risks, I'm refering to adverse affects from the flu vaccine. You have a 1% risk of the following; Soreness, redness, and swelling at the injection site Fainting, mainly in adolescents Headaches Fever Nausea Runny nose Wheezing Headache Vomiting Muscle aches Fever Difficulty breathing Hoarseness Swelling around the eyes or lips Hives Paleness Weakness Racing heart Dizziness Behavior changes High fever You have a less than 1% chance of; A severe allergy that may cause death Guillain–Barré Syndrome

  • Um, no. In the past [i]seven years[/i], I have never been ill. Not once. This tells me that my immune system just kicks ass on its own. I know that's probably ignorant, but I like enjoying an aspect of my life for once. Goddammit.
