So there's this girl...and we've talked like once for a bit. I saw her at a building where she works and pretty sure were interested(we talked a bit there to but like 10 sec) but then a something came up and I stopped going to the building for a month,shall I still see my chances or will she be thrown off by me not doing it earlier?

If it is done naturally, sure. I'm not sure doing it forcibly would be the best idea, however. Just maybe if you see her again ask and start talking to her, ask her if she wants to go for a coffee one time or something. That'll get the the ball rolling, and you can progress from there.

Yeah, then I think you still have a shot. If she see her just maybe say hello, and see if she remembers you. Spark up a conversation and just move from there.
