Can airsoft gun kill a turkey?
Next thanksgiving Me and my friend are gonna hunt for turkeys and I don't have a real gun but I have some airsoft guns so can a airsoft gun kill a turkey?

Im pretty sure they can't I have a airsoft gun that shoots at 380 FPS and i shot it at myself point blank and it just left a welt. It didn't go into my skin like a pellet gun would.

2 RepliesNot only does it lack the required energy and weight, it's illegal to shoot animals with them. If you are going to hunt turkey, you need a shotgun with turkey load or a bow. Use nothing less.

No, they are incredibly tough, they routinely get away with a few shotgun pellets in them, what you plan to do is illegal and cruel. Get a license, buy a cheap shotgun, do it the right way.
