Robin Hood Conservative or Liberal?
Read something recently about how political groups make it a point to rate and review media corresponding with their views. For example, if a Micheal Moore movie comes out on Netflix, conservatives rush to give it a one star rating, and liberals will rush to give it a 5 star rating, using the ratings system to try to re-enforce their worldview.
Shortly after reading that, I was watching Disney's Robin Hood with my son on Netflix. First of all, Robin Hood is the best Disney animated movie, ever. But as I was watching I was wondering how political trolls would rate it. Conservatives should love the anti-government, anti-tax message. Liberals should love Robin Hood's progressive wealth distribution policies.
I've come to one conclusion. It is impossible to hate Robin Hood. One of the only things in the world politics cannot ruin.

3 RepliesMost people don't read into the Robin Hood story. He took money from the rich that was originally taken from the poor, and gives it back to whom it belongs. Basically, he steals what was stolen.
