Don't use the HDMI cable that comes with PS4
The new ones tend to bend the pins and you start having problems. That should solve majority of problems except for the bricked ones.
If you have the ps3 cable it should work on PS4

I'm using the one that came with the PS4 and I haven't had any problems yet. At least with the console... Dice should really hurry up with BF4 patches though... so many bugs.
