I have to agree with some things on the BTB playlist. Yes it is going to split the masses, but after a while people will start coming back to halo 3 from other large team based games. After 2 or 3 weeks both playlists will see a dramatic increase in players. Also, In BTB it doesnt take a team of 8 to win. You and a buddy or two work together and become the MVP's. Focus your fire and take out major threats one at a time. Think of it as a fire team, If the rest of your team wants to cooperate more power to you. And if it doesnt work out, bungie can eliminate the least popular of the two, everyone who is a BTB fan can go to that one. On the subject of game fixes, as bungie said it is delicate. Ona chainge can destroy the entire game, granted I dont like it anymore than the rest of you, but getting mad about it doesnt make bungie fix it any faster. Lastly, I would like to say that I think a playlist with odd game types would be fun. Nothing but forge maps and stuff with custom games. I think it would be a good hopper playlist.

i feel the same, god i hate the new melee system, spawns are ok, but melee needs to be looked at in the worst of ways

I completely agree with you though: only snipers, no radar.

man i cant wait to start forge on foundry that sgoing to be alot of fun got some great ideas for it that were just to large to incorperate into other maps looks like there alot of great new toys to play with in it too cant wait thanks bungie

That is the worst excuse ever to create a ranked BTB playlist. Do you guys realize that it is neigh impossible to: 1) find and manage a team of up to 8 players in order to actually field a competitive advantage in a Big Team Battle and 2) keep a consistantly high population for two 16-player playlists that are essentially the same, except for ranked/social? You are essentially splitting the playlist in half, for what reason again? Because of a matchmaking setting involving party sizes? Why not just change the setting for Big Team Battle, and keep it as one playlist? [Edited on 12.07.2007 5:36 PM PST]
