That's very interesting. How did you learn to brew? Did you just take an interest of did you grow up that way?

I wanted to work in a brewery for years and caught a lucky break getting a job on the bottling line at Hale's Ales. I work hard and learn quickly and went through 3 promotions in 9 months to brewer. Been brewing since (about 8 years now), it's a tough job and there is always something new to learn so it keeps me from getting bored which is great for me. Plus I can have a beer or two while I'm working so that's nice too.
