I think it's a bit silly that Spartan assault is exclusive to Windows mobile devices. While waiting in line for Titanfall a couple of weeks ago, MS reps were passing a Surface tablet around that was running SA.
I thought it was pretty fun, but definitely not something I'd go and buy another device for. I'm sure by releasing it on Android and iOS it would sell better than the supposed profits of being a reason to buy a Windows device.
Has anyone else played it? I haven't actually heard much since it came out.
EDIT: if that is the reason for it being exclusive? I don't even know, I'm just jumping to conclusions.

2 RepliesNo, it is purely for MS to push its failing products with an exclusive Halo product, as MS thinks Halo fans are mindless idiots that will buy anything with the Halo name on it. Ask yourself this, what would be better for the franchise... to release it on Windows mobile devices AND the XBL Arcade, getting it out to as many fans as possible, or just on Windows 8/ mobile devices? The only reason I brought up Arcade is because it is within the MS ecosystem and MS has been strongly trying to rope people into its ecosystem. There is no way they would release it for any other OS besides one created by MS, that is counter productive to what MS is trying to do as a whole.

releasing it on Android and iOS
>MS >Crapple >Android Do you really expect that to happen? What I don't get is why they don't release it on the XBLA marketplace, y'know, seeing as it'd make more sense using a controller for it as it's called a "twin-stick shooter".

2 RepliesEdited by Pfhortnite: 10/23/2013 12:48:08 AMWell if Spartan Assault = Silly, and Silly = Stupid, then . . . Wait, I need to do some math here. If a = b and b = c, then a = c . . . So I guess that means Spartan Assault is stupid.
