Yes. It doesn't have a desirable nature, not sure about IVs. But at least you can use it to breed your own decent one. What's your FC?

Edited by Orion: 10/21/2013 5:00:07 PMYou do it through the PSS. Pretty simple. You don't need to use a center like in the previous games. Just make sure you're in-game and are connected to the internet. Just touch the player on your FL to interact with them.
