Games that will possibly beat GTA V
Halo 5 - no 100%
COD: Ghosts - Maybe
Destiny - Yes
BF4 - No
Titanfall - maybe

Halo 6 Its the end to a trilogy, so possibly.

Destiny ??? ... Ok, can accept that this is the home site, but yet to be convinced. Watched the Wolf Pack video and have to say it looked very childish. Honestly, you get the 3 heros in a gunfight with 20 enemy, the enemy behind shielding (our heros have nothing), enemy firing high rate weapons (our hero a pistol) ... and yet, enemy all dead and our hero - not a scratch. If this is an example of action and a challenge - well, hope it comes with some no-doze pills. Given the clips and the game rating, its not looking that great so far.

GTA is a game franchise that appeals to all types of gamers. It's hard for a shooter, no matter how much of a masterpiece it may be, to beat a game with as much popularity as GTA.

The only 10/10 thing is the storyline, characters and main story-mode missions but they lack replayability so after you've done the story mode once you won't want to do it again. GTA Online is barely above unplayable when you're playing by yourself and it's only fun when playing with a friend in an invite-only server otherwise it feels like grinding which it is. I don't think I'll go into public matches ever again except for team deathmatch, deathmatch, races etc. Free roam and missions? Only by myself or with friends because I don't want to get shot in the face after a mission before banking my cash by phone or ATM or run over to bypass passive mode in order to steal my goddamn money like an asshole. Or leading cops to me when I'm trying to hide like an asshole whenever they gain a wanted level :( What games are above it? Pretty much all halfway decent games. I doubt there's any next-gen games that won't beat it. Maybe Dead Rising 3, probably Ryse: Son of Rome and Sunset Overdrive though at least Sunset Overdrive will probably work! Definitely Watch Dogs, ACIV, Ghosts, BF4, Titan Fall, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Wolfenstein: New Order and pretty much every other AAA titles and probably some or most of the Indie titles... Maybe not Halo 5 but goddamn it is GTA Online a bitter disappointment

Only because Halo is exclusive to xbox that will hurt sales as well as Titanfall being exclusive to Xbox and PC. Destiny possibly but I don't think Bungie fan base is a huge as rockstars only because of being exclusive to MS..Cod Ghost could do well but the timing of the new consoles could impact sales only because people might wait to they get the new console before they pick up Cod

Of that list: Destiny and Titanfall Halo is dry as f*ck COD is the definition of Copy and Paste BF4 feels exactly the same as BF3, just a different HUD, guns, and a slightly different feel on the guns

Ghosts and Destiny are the only ones that can and likely will. I would not be surprised to see GTA V's sales beaten very soon.

Halo 5 will not really have an opportunity to sell as well as GTA V because it is an X1 exclusive. CoD: Ghosts will sell well, but it will not sell [i]that[/i] well. I think people are finally tiring of CoD. As much as I love Bungie and look forward to Destiny, I'd be very surprised if it sold as well as GTA V. I really don't think there is enough hype for the game off of Bnet. People were going crazy leading up to GTA's release, and I don't think Destiny appeals to as large a market. BF4 will not even sell as well as CoD. Titanfall may get close. It depends on how much of the CoD market buy it. Being on PC will definitely help, but I don't think it'll pass GTA V. If something will beat it, the only announced game that I think has a chance is the Division.
