Edited by UphillMercury: 9/29/2013 2:42:52 PMI have 3 controllers, (two from the Halo: Reach edition Xbox and another wireless controller purchased later) and they're all still working quite decently. One of them has some slight LS press issues, but it's intermittent and still functions. I try to take good care of my controllers, and so far they all seem to be holding up fine.

^All the controllers I've gone through^

3 or 4. Most of which lost sensitivity in the thumb sticks and would stop "resetting" to center position, causing a noticeable "drift". My current one is losing sensitivity in the d-pad., throwing off my combos in MK9. Xbox controllers are WONDERFUL in their ergonomics, but they don't really seem to be built to last... and even when the d-pad is at it's best it's deplorable.

2. One of them I threw at a wall and the other one the headphone jack stopped working.

Edited by sims3k: 9/29/2013 12:23:51 PMyou had four controllers that were "badly synced"??? since you first got it? Is that when the sticks hang off to one side when you dont touch them? Maybe youre doing something wrong to your sticks. OT: I have 3 x360 controllers and only one of them has a slightly ripped rubber on the left stick. All of them however have cheap aftermarket play n charge batteries that die after 5 minutes.
-
None. I've worn out the thumbsticks on most of them and the wireless one I use at friends' houses is worn smooth, but I haven't broken any.
-
My left bumper wears out really quickly , I've lost 2 controllers that way(that's what I get for using bumper jumper). My right stick on one of them is messed up, so my character will randomly start spinning around to the right.
-
Ive had one controller for years. The only problems I have with it, is that even the slightest tap will make it turn off, so I have to be delicate with it.
-
None. I've had 3 wired controllers throughout my time having a 360 (since day 1) The first 2, I wore out the thumbsticks but they still work. And the 3rd one I got about 15 months ago and it still works perfect.
-
2 because of throwing them
-
1 that's it

Probably at least 3

Zero! I'm still using the same two controllers I've had since 2007.
-
I got a modded controller to pound little kids. Best choice ever. Autumn camo was good enough but the fact that i got it for 60 dollars was good enough. Still is my preffered controller

Edited by Boomdeyadah: 9/24/2013 4:22:20 AMJust one, it had really bad slow turn and the bumpers were sticking and stuff. The one I'm using now has been working good for the past few years.

1, my dog chewed it up.
-
My current ones are the original ones i got when I bought the Xbox in 07. Battery packs are a different matter, I must have bought 15 battery packs.
-
Well that's what happens when you use it a lot lol. A quick dismantling and cleaning would fix most of those problems.
-
I have 6 controllers, and all of them have analog sticks that lean slightly left or right. It gets irritating in FPS games.
-
Zero. The sticks on the original one are a bit worn in, but my other two are fine. The hell do you people do to them? I still have working N64 controllers! About half have worn out thumbsticks, but that's all.
-
I have a couple of "Party" controllers that are for when I have people over and we play Madden, NCAA, Mount Your Friends, etc. Then I have MY black wireless controller that only I am allowed to use. That being said, I've had 1 broken controller over my 7+ years of my 360.
