It's not really a matter of "can" or "can't" (because anyone is capable of getting in a relationship but that doesn't mean it's going to work out) it's more less a matter of, is the person willing to be in a relationship with a person who has (insert belief here) and make it work despite their differences in beliefs? I can see it being possible, but in the long run the relationship most likely isn't going to last 'cause sooner or later their differences in beliefs are going to cause conflicts some way or another and if they can't overcome them, their relationship is going to end. Of course, all of that is just my opinion, so don't put much thought into it.
