I put 5 dollars down on GTAV... Feeling buyers remorse
I'm scared... Video Games are not what they used to be. I love GTA, but I also loved a lot of other franchises which have all been completly obliterated.
The brodudes and the tasteless...

They Killed Tomb Raider
They killed Splinter Cell
They killed SimCity
They killed Bioshock
They killed Assassins Creed
They killed Saints Row
They killed Total War
They killed Medal of Honor
I'm scared... What if GTAV is bad? I want it to be good. It LOOKS good... but RE6 also looked good before I played it myself... Even Metal Gear Solid might be on its way to casualtown...
I just don't know anymore...

2 RepliesGTAV has too much hype. When people get boners thinking of it and say how much "they just [i]can't wait[/i] for it", I laugh. It's GTA. That franchise is the punchline of so many jokes. The franchise itself was never to be taken seriously. My prediction? GTAV will be forgotten a couple months after release when everyone realizes it's the same exact crap with a few random additions. I'm sure it'll be good/decent but definitely not great nor GOTY. Why? People said the same thing about GTAIV. Nuff said

I know trailers don't exactly give the best representation of what you're going to get (Colonial Marines being a HUGE example) but if you have watched them, it's hard not to feel as though Rockstar knows what they're doing... Cause they do. Their past 3 games (That weren't even PART of the GTA series) were phenomenal. Trust Rockstar. I'll see you online.
