Do you HAVE to wear a Helmet?
This might seem dumb to ask, But I haven't seen any helmetless characters, except for what looked like an Awoken in one of the trailers, (Can't remember which). I don't want to wear a helmet, Especially if we get to be that awesome, "Tiger Men" race. (I'm aware it was joke, just, have high hopes.)

You can take your helmet off in The City but (and this is just my opinion/theory) although the Traveler terraformed most planets to be habitable by our race and others it might have not made every planet filled with oxygen. Plus you want to be protected when fighting enemies. Then again I could be wrong.

12 RepliesWe haven't had any confirmation on this either way, but pretty much everything we've seen, [i]except[/i] for that cutscene shows every guardian wearing a helmet. My guess? Yeah, we have to wear a helmet, however we will likely see our characters remove them during certain cutscenes or we can take them off only when we are within the City.
