Wait. If those attachments modify the weapon on the left, shouldn't the stats on the weapon on the right change? It could be a small error you made, but it confused me when you took off the attachments and kept the right weapon's stats the same.

It is true that I did not modify the stats for the weapon on the right. Mostly because that was the donor weapon and I was unconcerned with its fate, and partly because I didn't want to distract from my message. But you are right! :)

Alright, so now with that solved, would the right weapon's stats increase or stay the same ( this is before the removal of the attachments)

I meant for the stats on the right to be where that weapon stood with the attachments in place. Once they were moved to the weapon on the left, the weapon on the right should have received a corresponding attribute shift but going in the opposite direction. So if the weapon on the left was given a bonus to a category, the one on the right would have minus the same amount that the one on the left received. Same with the other example; if the weapon on the left received a negative bonus due to the added piece, then the one on the right would gain the same amount that the one on the left lost :)
