Cinematic trailers always look like this. Then the in game graphics aren't as good. Unless it says "actual gameplay", then yeah.

It's Pre-rendered CG. I don't want photo-realism in my games, it's creepy when it gets to a certain point. You can't say games don't affect people when we are seeing photo-realistic people dying by the dozens every day. Budgets go up, expectations go up, shady business moves go up. It's not good for any of us.

Post-process rendering always pleases the eye. Don't be fooled, cutscenes and in-game footage are never the same quality.

That's from a pre-rendered cinematic, not representative of the in-game graphics quality. We're still a few years away from that level of detail in real-time graphics.
