Unbelievable. Don't you dare think about making fun of or mocking our negro king or else you'll be branded as a racist!!! Truly ridiculous.
Anyone else bothered by this?

As 60 Spider-Man would say Lawl I don't give a -blam!-
-
“They mentioned the president’s name, I don’t know, 100 times. It was sickening,” Beam told the AP. “It was feeling like some kind of Klan rally you’d see on TV.” One person implied that there was some racism involved. Okay. For all we know, he could have been hearing people shout racist words, which would explain the metaphor. I don't think one man speaks for everyone, either.
-
If you mock white folk you're racist as well.
-
I don't think it said anywhere in the article that they considered the man a racist. They banned him because what he did was uncalled for and not appropriate for a family-friendly event.
-
Fuck Obama
-
I saw a group of lads where masks of the Royal Family to a rugby match once. One of the best things I've seen. And no punishments were given out.
-
My friend mocks and well not hates...but dislikes Obama with a strong passion and he's black. He must be supooor racist.
-
Oh no Hannity must be upset.
-
Or maybe, you know, the fair doesn't want their -blam!-ing show to be injected with a political message, and an offensive one at that?

#black privileges

4 RepliesDid you even read your own article? It has nothing to do with being a racist or racial slurs.
“The rodeo clown did an act that was not in the script, it was not approved by the board of directors of MCRA and it was not appropriate,” rodeo association president Mark Ficken told NBC affiliate KSHB in Kansas City, Mo. “We extend our apologies to the Missouri State Fair. Rodeo is not a political platform and will not be again. We are taking disciplinary action.”
2 RepliesHow is it racist? Is he making a direct statement about his race. Are they sure this isn't politics?
-
so how the tides have turned...
-
Same race so lol
-
And if we don't care?
-
You can only be racist if your white!
-
Even if you don't agree with his politics he still is the president. It was uncalled for and shows no respect.
-
If you make fun of him, yes. If you make fun of his performance, no. Portraying him as curious george = racist Portraying his performance as incompetent =/= racist

1 ReplyI see your point, making fun of a political leader isn't necessarily racist just because that leader is a different color than you...
During the bull-riding part of the rodeo, a clown put on a mask of Obama while someone asked an enthusiastic crowd if they wanted to see “Obama run down by a bull,” according to media reports and images posted online.
But needlessly politicizing what should be a fun, politics free event with immature bullshit is also bad. Hey, did anyone else notice that no one called this display racist in the article at all? It seems like the OP here is doing exactly what he's saying we shouldn't do, and calling something racially motivated when there's no evidence for it or reason to do so.

2nd term 2 more years
-
The media is making black people invincible, which is good for me.... So you can't hurt or insult me or else you're racist :D (media logic)
-
2 RepliesTry again, this video is making fun of Obama.
-
I'm very bother by it.

9 Replies“They mentioned the president’s name, I don’t know, 100 times. It was sickening,” Beam told the AP. “It was feeling like some kind of Klan rally you’d see on TV.”< Implying racism. Okay guys just read the article. How is it "offensive?" Every single president has been made fun of, but if you make fun of Obama you're being offensive. This is a joke.

Edited by Cobravert: 8/14/2013 3:43:15 PMWhat... Why? Where is that broom going? I see nothing in the article claiming racism. Though had this been Bush during his terms, no one would have said a thing.
