Most girls just aren't into hardcore gaming. If they play games it is probably something like Candy Crush or Plants vs. Zombies, and this is probably a good thing because it means they are doing more with their life than sitting in front of a computer all day. The few girls who play games you play are probably pretty unattractive (not just physically, but just overall) or on heavy demand and are therefore probably unavailable. If you cannot accept this fact you probably don't deserve to get a girlfriend. I'm sick of seeing people listing gamer as one of the top necessary features of a girlfriend.
