The guy who has worked out descoping is also working on classic Flag, where you can drop the flag and melee with the flag (no Flagnum).

Halo 4 could have been a great popular game if they implemented these features during development. Do you agree? I'm sure you was the guy on waypoint who left because Halo sucked. Oh props for leaving waypoint.

It really could have been great yeah. I find it crazy that modders are now stepping up to add the features that should have been in the vanilla Halo 4 because they can't stand it either. Props to the modders. Yeah I'm rocketFox on Waypoint but I just couldn't be bothered sticking around. It's just pointless really, I'll go back if 343 proved to me that they can do a good job or do a good job with H5. Right now, I have no trust in them.

Edited by G7kherc: 8/6/2013 11:52:05 AMI'm not sure. I think Ican trust 343i now. They have been suggesting that they want to return to classic Halo in a number of interviews and heck even rumours state this. They are listening now. They have really learned and are really trying to listen to the Halo community this time round. The killer for Halo 4 wasn't descoping for me. It was the class based loadouts, AA's, Perks and all that shiz and not to mention the playlists. The fact that it doesn't feel like Halo and doesn't play like traditional (not classic, it shouldn't be called classic, it should be called real Halo) Halo and that 343i ripped of COD, ignoring their community and MAKING HALO A CLASS BASED SHOOTER NOT AN ARENA SHOOTER! Killed Halo 4 for me. Although campaign was pretty good.

I'll have to see it to believe it. I'm a cynic but whenever Frankie opens his mouth I just keep thinking "Words are cheap". It's easy to say "We are listening, the next Halo will be awesome". I'm just glad someone is trying to fix Halo 4 and actually finish building it.

Yeh. I need to be careful too. Last time I was careful and everyone on waypoint hated me for saying it's not gonna turn out good. "YOU CAN'T DECIDE IF GAME IS GUD IF U R NOT PLAEYD IT!". Guess who got the last laugh? Me!
