As we all know GTA 5's map size will bigger than GTA 4, Red Dead Redemption and
GTA SA maps combined. It has wilderness's, mountains, everything you would like
In nature. The map is suspected to be huge.
Then there is Just Cause 2 one of the biggest and best maps and have ever seen. The map is gigantic. It takes 7min20sec to cross the whole map with a Jet at top speed. It's almost impossible to cross the map with a land vehicle. It takes people hours if even possible. The map is not limited everything you see you can go to it.
Above is a scale I found comparing Just Cause 2 map size to other video games, you thought GTA SA was huge we'll what do you think of this.
Vote what map you think will be better and explain why. GTA 5 or Just Cause 2?

I think this is inaccurate honestly.. I have full confidence that WoW is bigger than Just Cause 2. WoW is gimongous.

3 RepliesI wonder where Skyrim would fit in there...?

5 RepliesMinecraft.

If i recall, just cause 2 had lots of copy/paste areas where as each building/area will be fresh and unique.

Just cause 1 had a very large map but 90% of it was forests ad mountains with nothing to do.

1 ReplyHuh... I thought San Andreas's map was bigger than that.

1 ReplyI don't see GTA 5 on that map comparison image.

3 RepliesElder Scrolls Online. Since we are exploring all of Tamriel, the sandbox will be like 6 times bigger than Elder Scrolls Daggerfall and 8 times larger than Skyrim.
-
9 RepliesGTA5. I mean seriously it's going to massive.

Edited by Elrond Hubbard: 7/31/2013 10:43:34 PMWow, I never realized Paradise City was so large, because Panau seems to take so long to travel across in comparison. I guess any distance seems short when you're driving at 200 mph... But those other games, holy mother of god. I heard so-so reviews of Fuel when it came out, but now I want to play it anyway. And Daggerfall, by the Nine Divines, that's huge! It's a game from 1996! That's absurd.

>tfw there's really nothing to do in the Fuel map, and the vast majority of the Daggerfall map was procedurally-generated.
