Last time I played Halo 4, the SAW, Binary Rifle, Incineration Cannon, and Boltshot were all pretty useful. Something change?

Yes. As of July 31st, these are the weapon balancing stats: SAW- 25% damage, 250% range Binary Rifle- Removed scope, halved clip size Incineration Cannon- 50% explosion radius and damage Boltshot- Removed overcharge, halved clip size, 8X scope added
