The Fallen look way more badass and look like survivor scavengers. The Cabal just look like the unpleasant offspring of grunts and brutes.

1 ReplyI'd say Cabal, they seem to have a similar idea as the Guardians, stick together and act as a team. The fallen seem to be more scattered in their "group".

Fallen. They seem to quick and agile for the lumbering cabal. I would think a captain would be able to climb over a centurion and stab it in the back with four swords.

I would say a standard Cabal can take on 3 standard Fallen. Cabal = Large, armoured, massive shields, large guns with blades on them. Fallen = Average sized, swords and guns.
