We need to think of an acronym for Destiny
Every other cool game out there has an acronym -- you know, H:CE, H2-4, CoD, TOR, TES, Blops, GTA, LoU, BF3, and so on. We even use acronyms for genres, platforms, and content -- you know, MMORPG, XBO, PS4, DLC, and so on.
But we're still calling Destiny "Destiny." Come on, guys! We're on the forefront of this and I think we need to get out ahead before someone else thinks of an acronym for us.
I'm thinking "D." That way, it's much faster and easier to talk about the game, and it gives us gamer cred when we say stuff like "I want the D," "D will be huge," and "I hope Bungie's D will be as hard as possible."
Thoughts?

Though I don't think it will catch on beyond this forum.. the inside joke of it all is just too funny to pass up. Count me in. I officially want the D. I yearn for the D, even. My body trembles at the mere thought of receiving Bungie's D. And I can only imagine the heights of ecstasy that I will reach once I posses it. Once I have it, I intend to gently caress the D; admiring the D's hard, yet slightly bendable structure. I'll gaze upon it as the light gently gleams off it's surface. I'll take a deep breath, prepare myself for what comes next, and softly, yet firmly, insert the D into my slot. Then, and only then, will I truly be a man.
