On the character screen/menu, in the top right corner you can see it says, "male human warlock" and, "Winter Moon"
Winter Moon is probably the gamertag/psn username and male human warlock may be specifying who you are, or it could be your character name, and male human warlock is just a default name for demo purposes. This also confirms the ability to have different genders. Having a specific character name might also confirm multiple characters per account.

There's also a name in the background of the character, can't remember what it was but seems like an account name they'd make for demos/testing. That background name could be your gamer tag, while winter moon is your characters name
