Quite frankly, I would recommend counseling between all of you to ed-escalate the situation.
But, that shit's expensive, so at the very least a big sit down talk needs to happen and all parties involved need to express themselves in a non-confrontational manner. Emphasis on the non-confrontational manner.

+1 Often a third person intermediary is necessary though, even if it is expensive.
