Better for Machinima? Halo 3, Halo Reach or Halo 4 ?
Which game is the best for machinima? Halo 3, Halo Reach or Halo 4?

Halo 3 or Reach, I don't see how Halo 4 can be of any help since Theater only works for matchmaking. Halo 3 is good since it has a variety of maps and it also has some really cool elite animations if you can get them without weapons. Reach is nice since it has forge world, and the graphics are a bit better looking. If you are looking for covenant battles in your machinima I'd also suggest reach since it has customizable firefight.

1 ReplyThere are a lot more options in Reach for the Forge and for armor, but Reach also doesn't look as good as 3 or 4. I guess it's a matter of taste.

Halo 3 and 4 look prettier. Reach probably has more options. Weapon lowering in 4 sucks, but it does have a green screen which is useful. I guess it depends.

3 RepliesI like Halo 3 the most, simply because of the physics, lighting, and the fact that when you looked around with you'r weapon lowered it wouldn't pop up until you finish turning. And dual-wielding, its just awesome.
