Why doesn't Superman just take the God route of saving Gotham?
What's that? Gotham is completely overrun with criminals?
Why doesn't Superman just drown everyone, apart from Commissioner Gordon's family, so everyone in Gotham is dead and James and his family can repopulate Gotham?

Why doesn't Superman just build a better jail in Gotham ffs, he knows Batman won't kill anyone so why doesn't he build a jail that could stop Bats enemies from breaking out?

Because then Superman would be some psychopathic asshat. Which then would make his enemies look better than him. I find it funny that God supposed to be good and all that, but he's nothing but an asshat. It's sad that this enemy the Devil who''s supposed to be all bad and all has nothing on the bad things God did. Hell the only people the Devil killed was that guys family because God pretty much allowed him to.

2 RepliesWhy do we keep asking why bats wont kill joker? Joker has personally murdered over 2,000 people. After his 3rd+ incarceration it would be a reasonable assumption that he is incurable, will kill again, and can not be contained for long. Batman should be driven to try to kill him or let someone else do it and watch. Thing is he has come close to doing it before. Actually in "A Death in the Family" batman tries to kill joker but joker survives. He also attempts to kill him in the dark knight returns and lets gordon decide to kill joker or not in no man's land. Why wont he just do it for real? Its not his "moral issues" or such bs but the writers. They cant kill off batman's most well known enemy. Joker and batman's relationship is what has kept batman so popular for decades. Thats simply the most logical reason.

He's selfish in that he's willing to sacrifice others' lives so he doesn't have to sacrifice his soul. I am sure that a grieving mother consoles herself that the vigilante dressed as a bat, who could have stopped this, got to look himself in the mirror in the morning.

Superman would have it so easy killing all criminals in Gotham. I mean, he's as fast as light and he's got x-ray vision. He could kill all the criminals in a matter of hours if he wanted to.
