Can somebody diagnose my injury?
About 3 months ago I messed up my knee by hitting the side of it hard against a wall while I was falling, the pain has stayed with me for awhile. It has not swelled or looked dislocated but it hurts inside the kneecap off and on(When I am sitting is when it hurts most often.) Anybody know what I could have done to my knee?

5 RepliesYou could have separated your knee cap from your knee. That's not a fun thing to have happen. Go to a Doctor OP. It'll be worth it in the end.
