Would you join the Mars One Program? Human Settlement in 2023
Mars One had begun accepting application for anyone who would be willing to take a one-way trip to Mars in 2023 to establish the first human settlement on the planet.

Is this some sort of social experiment? There's no way it'll actually happen. Who'd even fund it? EDIT: Oh, so it takes a registration fee of $57 to sign on? That's convenient. I'm pretty sure this is just a scam.
