Have there ever been any real GTA quality bank heists?
I was just playing the GTA 4 missions where you rob a bank and kill dozens of cops and steal a lot of money all while evading the police.
Has a bank heist of that caliber ever occur? Did it succeed?

1 ReplyEdited by RECON: 4/29/2013 4:17:31 PMImagine playing that level again, but there are twice as many cops, no health packs, you're weighed down by all the cash you're holding, it's much more difficult to aim and shoot properly, you can't carry nearly as much ammo, there are checkpoints on every major road within 20 miles, the cops aren't morons, it's possible to injure yourself, you can't take a bullet to any vital organ or the spine, you have to make sure to clean up any blood, spit, hair or fingerprints you leave behind, and the cops don't stop chasing you once you go underground. Heists of that calibre don't happen in real life.

i absolutely hate that level. so hard to run from the cops in GTA4 since you can't outrun them.

Bank heaists no, but cat burglaries, yes.
