[/quote] You pay for cable, and they have no way of confirming whether you watched ads or not, so they assume you did. The problem with AdBlock is that there are some people who make a living making original content for YouTube, and when you use AdBlock, the site can recognize the fact that the ad wasn't displayed and so that user doesn't get the revenue. It's actually a pretty big deal to some people.
