I own a Wii U and have no intention on buying a PS4 or "Durango" anytime soon. There is nothing (announced for Next Gen consoles) that has made me slightly interested in buying either console at launch.

I'll admit that the PS4's features like the ability to live stream FROM the console is freaking sweet. It may well seal the deal for me. Then again, I want to finish the Halo story. I actually enjoyed Halo 4's campaign, so I want to see where Spartan Ops and Halo 5 take us.

Yeah... but I can't see Halo 5 coming out for another 2 years. Which would make investing in a new console pointless. Especially since new consoles come with bugs and a hefty price tag. Once Halo 5 or another game worth the price of the console comes out I'll consider purchasing one. Hopefully, the price will drop by then.

True true. However, if both have GTA V and Watch_Dogs available at launch, and the graphics are on-par with a mid-high PC like some of the footage we've seen? I'll likely pick one of them up. GTA on console is, to me, far more fun. Unless I hook up an Xbox controller to my PC and play like that. Dem custom soundtracks. I just really hope more games are able to play cross-platform.

I thought GTA V was coming out on current gen consoles? However, as I said before neither of those games have me interested.

It's going to be multi-gen, I have a gut feeling. The release date delay was partly for polish and adding more to make the game great, but part of me thinks it's a way of making the release bigger by increasing the number of units it is available on. As for Watch_Dogs, I think it looks incredible. I respect that you don't like the look of either game, but to me they look superb. If the graphical overhaul is significant and the features of the console better, then I might be convinced.
