Well he's clearly not on their PR team! haha. A lesson in PR for everyone: when you are talking to your company's customers, YOU REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY, PERIOD. And you most certainly do not mock your customers. Looks like he's learning that in a harsh way. I'll wait for official news before deciding, but I doubt I'm buying it anytime soon after it launches.

9 RepliesWhat he did was pretty douche but that being said having an always on Xbox isn't that big of a deal. Most devices now days are always on and it's not like if you're power goes out you're xbox will break.
