Vader was not the only survivor! There was an imperial fleet there as well that destroyed the rebel base shortly after the death stars destruction! The 501st (Vader's Fist) spearheaded the assault on this facility! This conspiracy theorist is obviously leaving out important facts and information in order to further his own agenda!
