What do you eat/watch/read/think about before sleeping? Many factors can alter dream states. I should know, I'm a geographer with a friend studying psychiatry.

Dick about on my laptop or iPod, usually. I think part of the problem is that, at work for the last few months, my managers have been very on edge about an audit. We had it a week ago and passed. But they've been on edge for months, saying that some of my work hasn't been up to standard, and I got a talking-to from the shop manager about it, and nearly a disciplinary. I guess I'm constantly paranoid about having done something wrong, and that's leaking into my dreams.
