AngryBrute, what if instead of 50% being the 'godawful/utterly-worthless' line, you made it 40?

Why at 40? A 40 is more like the game Resistance Burning Skies and Medal of Honor Warfighter. Something in the 50 range would be like Crysis 3 on the consoles.
