Wait, if you're "immediately thrown into the world", what if you're a new player, and you start the game and immediately get killed off because everybody else has better stuff than you? It'd be hard to catch up after that, and would alienate players new to the game.

  • The game is coop based unless you join a PVP session in which i would think they would have a skill base/level match finding system where you would battle people similar to your skill or level. If you join the world I am sure missions will be ranked an available to you depending on skill.

    I'd imagine for new players, most MMO's start you off in a "safe zone", where you'll only be with other new players. You get the basic grasp of how things work, how to maneuver around and get missions etc. But once you leave and figure everything out, you're not able to go back to this newbie safe zone.
